Als Corporate Recruiter bij Eurofins Food, Feed & Water ben je verantwoordelijk voor de recruitment van de verschillende business units in Zuid Nederland. Je werkt voor verschillende teams met ieder hun eigen vakgebied, uitdagingen en arbeidsmarkt. Daardoor ben je continu bezig met andere doelgroepen en hiring managers.

Recruitment heeft binnen Eurofins een duidelijke plek in de organisatie. Managers werken graag samen met recruitment en denken actief mee in het proces. Tegelijkertijd liggen er kansen om verder te bouwen aan sourcing, talentpools, employer branding en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. Daar krijg je in deze rol nadrukkelijk de ruimte voor.

  • Je werft voor een brede mix van functies, van Accountmanager tot laboratoriumspecialisten en andere staffuncties. Dus operationele, specialistische en leidinggevende functies.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces.
  • Je krijgt alle ruimte om recruitment verder te ontwikkelen en verbeteringen door te voeren.

Functie-eisen

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je schakelt makkelijk tussen onze verschillende werelden en weet vacatures zelfstandig tot een goed resultaat te brengen. Jij hebt:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als recruiter, aan bureauzijde of binnen een corporate omgeving.
  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig invullen van uiteenlopende vacatures.
  • Ervaring met sourcing en het actief benaderen van kandidaten.
  • Beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 40 uur per week.

  • Salaris tot € 4.330 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring.

Over Eurofins Food, Feed & Water

Jij maakt in deze rol onderdeel uit van het in Nederland gevestigde HR team van Eurofins Food, Feed & Water en werkt nauw samen met een tweede recruiter, die een eigen aandachtsgebied heeft.

Vanuit elf locaties in Nederland zorgen wij bij Eurofins Food, Feed & Water ervoor dat voedsel, diervoeding en water veilig zijn. Dat doen we met laboratoriumonderzoek, inspecties en advies. Onze organisatie groeit snel en biedt volop kansen.
