  • Je treedt op als schakel tussen klant en laboratorium en bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor het correct begeleiden van de klant
  • Bij offerte-aanvraag van de klant, stel je alles in het werk om een correct en compleet voorstel uit te werken.
  • Je speelt in op de persoonlijke behoeften van de klant en bouwt zo mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

Klanten vinden bij jou dus een professionele gesprekspartner voor al hun vragen en problemen.

Functie-eisen

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent een positief ingestelde, communicatief en zelfstandig persoon: binnen het team organiseer je jouw eigen opdrachten en spring je spontaan bij als collega’s hulp nodig hebben.
  • Je bent ordelijk, heel nauwkeurig, cijfermatig en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Office pakket.
  • Je bent zeer klantvriendelijk en gericht op een efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat of bachelor diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting (vb.: milieuzorg, een (bio)chemische richting, voedingsleer, biotechnologie,…)
