IES AG ist ein GLP-zertifiziertes schweizerisches Auftragsforschungslabor (CRO) mit Sitz in Witterswil bei Basel (CH) und ein Teil der Agroscience-Gruppe der Eurofins. Wir führen Studien in den Bereichen Umweltverhalten (e-Fate), Metabolismus, Ökotoxikologie sowie analytische Chemie durch und erbringen Dienstleistungen bei der Entwicklung und Registrierung von agrochemischen, pharmazeutischen und chemischen Produkten.

Job Description

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen
  • Erstellung von Rechnungsübersichten, Auswertungen und Berichten
  • Bearbeitung des operativen Einkaufs – von der Bedarfserfassung und Bestellung über die Lieferverfolgung bis zur Wareneingangs- und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Erfassung und Pflege der zugehörigen Kunden-, Auftrags- und Projektdaten im LIMS-System
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Pflege von Stamm- und Kontaktdaten sowie Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und korrekten Dokumentation
  • Verwaltung und Archivierung von Verträgen, Rechnungen, Bestellungen und weiteren Geschäftsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung administrativer Prozesse
  • Vertretung und Unterstützung im Empfangs- und Telefonbereich
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Büroalltag

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Fakturierung von Vorteil
  • Interesse und Spaß an der Arbeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Outlook und Datenbanksystemen
  • Offenheit für neue digitale Tools und Arbeitsplattformen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, freundliches Auftreten und Diskretion
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Lernbereitschaft
