Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkstudent Recruitment word je onderdeel van ons recruitmentteam en werk je mee aan de werving voor onze Eurofins-locatie in Amersfoort.

We begeleiden en coachen je in recruitment werkzaamheden maar geven je ook snel de ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Zo pak je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen vacatures, van de eerste sollicitatie tot het begeleiden van kandidaten door het recruitmentproces.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • beoordelen en selecteren van sollicitaties;
  • telefonisch spreken en screenen van kandidaten;
  • plannen en coördineren van sollicitatiegesprekken;
  • zelfstandig begeleiden van je eigen vacatures;
  • samenwerken met recruiters en hiring managers.

Functie-eisen

Wie zoeken wij?

Welke opleiding je volgt, vinden we niet het belangrijkste. We zijn vooral benieuwd naar wie jij bent, hoe je werkt en of je enthousiast bent om recruitment te leren.

Jij:

  • bent student en 16 tot 24 uur per week beschikbaar;
  • bent iedere dinsdag beschikbaar om op ons kantoor in Amersfoort te werken;
  • woont in Amersfoort of kunt onze locatie gemakkelijk bereiken;
  • bent communicatief sterk en vindt het prima om de telefoon te pakken;
  • werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig;
  • bent proactief, pakt dingen snel op en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • vindt het leuk om onderdeel te zijn van een team.

Ervaring met recruitment is niet nodig. Initiatief, nieuwsgierigheid en de wil om te leren vinden we belangrijker.
