Deine Rolle bei Eurofun

Als Buchhalter:in bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Finanzteams und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Zahlen stimmen. Mit deinem Fachwissen, deiner Genauigkeit und deinem Blick fürs Detail schaffst du die Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen und trägst dazu bei, dass finanzielle Prozesse effizient und zuverlässig funktionieren. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung von Abläufen ein und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für buchhalterische Fragestellungen. Dabei behältst du sowohl die Details als auch das große Ganze im Blick.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erfassung der Leistungsrechnungen in unserem Buchungssystem
  • Kontrolle der Rechnungen auf die gesetzlichen Rechnungsmerkmale
  • Pflege der Kreditorenstammdaten
  • Erfassung und Anlage von Hotelpreisen in unserem Buchungssystem
  • Abwicklung von eigehenden Mahnungen (OP-Listen) sowie Rechnungskontrolle: Pro-Forma Rechnungen, Anzahlungen und Gutschriften
  • Korrespondenz mit den Leistungsträgern sowie mit den Kolleg:innen der Kundenberatung
  • Digitalisierungsprojekt Rechnungsverarbeitung
  • Interne Schulungen/Betreuung von Praktikanten
  • Durchführung von Zahlläufen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit BMD und Tourbook sowie Inboox
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Freude daran, Prozesse mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
