Das erwartet Dich

Medizinische Entscheidungen, die weltweit Wirkung haben. Als Arzt – Notfallmedizin (m/w/d) bist du die Verbindung zwischen medizinischer Expertise und internationaler Hilfe. Du beurteilst komplexe Fälle aus aller Welt, koordinierst Behandlungen und sichere Rückführungen und stellst sicher, dass Menschen in Not die richtige Versorgung erhalten – schnell, effizient und über Ländergrenzen hinweg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ärztliche Bewertung: Analysiere medizinische Informationen von versicherten Patienten im Ausland, entscheide über die Transportfähigkeit, gebe Rücktransporte frei und koordiniere Folgebehandlungen – per Telefon oder Videoanruf
  • Rückführungsmanagement: Plane und überwache Patiententransfers zurück in deren Heimat oder Herkunftsland und gewährleiste Sicherheit und Komfort
  • Ärztliche Gesundheitsberatung: Gib klare, professionelle und lösungsorientierte medizinische Empfehlungen an Versicherte und deren Familien
  • Unfallhilfe: Erstelle medizinische Einschätzungen und Kurzberichte für nationale Fälle, z. B. zur Beurteilung des Bedarfs an medizinischen Hilfsmitteln
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite mit unseren weltweiten Niederlassungen zusammen und bringe deine Expertise in internationale Fälle ein

Das bringst Du mit

  • Facharztausbildung mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung als Facharzt und Tätigkeit in der Notfallmedizin (z. B. Anästhesie, Intensivmedizin, Chirurgie mit Notfallschwerpunkt oder Notarzt)
  • Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Reisemedizin und Flugmedizin sind von Vorteil
  • Breites medizinisches Wissen und ein fundierter Überblick über wichtige Indikationen
  • Fließend Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch (mindestens Niveau B2)
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einem strukturierten Schichtsystem und klar definierten Rufbereitschaften
