Das erwartet Dich

Als IT Business Analyst mit Schwerpunkt Finance / Insurance agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Finance, Insurance Teams und Business-Teams. Die Rolle umfasst sowohl finanzbezogene Themen als auch weitere Business-Bereiche. Du bist Teil des IT-Teams und arbeitest eng mit Business- und Finance-Stakeholdern zusammen, um IT-Lösungen in einem internationalen Umfeld zu analysieren, zu gestalten und umzusetzen. Dein erstes großes Projekt: die Implementierung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central im Finance-Bereich für die Region. Zu besetzten ist die Funktion in Vollzeit am Standort in München oder Rostock.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Funktionale Analysen durchführen und funktionale Designs erstellen
  • Geschäfts- und Finanzprozesse analysieren und optimieren
  • Business-Anforderungen in IT-Lösungen übersetzen
  • An ERP-Initiativen mitwirken, idealerweise mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Datenbankabfragen durchführen, z. B. mit SQL oder BI-Tools
  • Eng mit IT-Teams bei Lieferung und Implementierung zusammenarbeiten
  • Als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Business- und Finance-Stakeholder agieren

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als IT Business Analyst / IT Analyst
  • Fundierte ERP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in Business Central
  • Erfahrung mit B2C- und B2B-Versicherungs- bzw. Contracting-Tools
  • Erfahrung in funktionaler Analyse und Lösungsdesign
  • Starke Kenntnisse in Datenabfragen und Reporting
  • Sehr analytische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem kritischem Denkvermögen
  • Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche ist von Vorteil
  • Sprachen: Englisch erforderlich; Deutsch, Niederländisch oder Französisch von Vorteil – dreisprachig bevorzugt
