Bei uns erwartet Dich kein klassisches Rechnungswesen: Wir arbeiten mit digitalen Rechnungsworkflows, modernen ERP-Systemen und BI-Tools und steuern sämtliche Finance-Prozesse komplett inhouse. Dabei entwickeln wir unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich weiter, nutzen innovative Technologien und stehen dem Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz offen gegenüber. Bei Europcell betreust Du nicht nur einzelne Teilbereiche des Rechnungswesens. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Deine eigene Tochtergesellschaft und begleitest sie vom laufenden Tagesgeschäft bis zum Jahresabschluss.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung einer oder mehrerer internationaler Tochtergesellschaften
  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung – von Haupt-, Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen- bis Bankbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Umsatzsteuerliche und statistische Meldungen für europäische Länder
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Finance-Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Accounting, in der Bilanzbuchhaltung/ im Hauptbuch.
  • Du kennst dich im Umsatzsteuerrecht aus; Kenntnisse im Reisekostenrecht sind ein Plus.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAGE) und bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel.
  • Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und gehst Aufgaben präzise und eigenverantwortlich an.
  • Du hast Freude an Teamarbeit und an der Lösung komplexerer Sachverhalte.
