Deine Aufgaben

  • Teamführung & Entwicklung: Du übernimmst Schritt für Schritt die Führung deines 5-köpfigen Customer Service Teams für Westeuropa und begleitest deren Weiterentwicklung.
  • Vertriebspartner: Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsteam an einer reibungslosen Umsetzung von Einkaufs- und Verkaufsprozessen – als Team seid ihr erfolgreich.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du pflegst den täglichen, direkten Kontakt zu unseren nationalen sowie internationalen Kunden und Geschäftspartnern.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe in der Abteilung und gestaltest diese aktiv, effizienter und zukunftsorientierter.
  • Internationales Tagesgeschäft: Du steuerst weltweite Handelsgeschäfte eigenständig und verantwortest die Abwicklung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise in der Logistik oder im Außenhandel – oder ein vergleichbares Hochschulstudium erfolgreich absolviert.
  • Du hast mehrere Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im internationalen Import- und Exportgeschäft.
  • Du hast große Lust auf das Thema Führung und den echten Antrieb, dich gemeinsam mit uns zur Führungskraft weiterzuentwickeln oder konntest bereits erste Erfahrung sammeln.
  • Du hast Freude an neuen Herausforderungen und der täglichen, dynamischen Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Agenten und unserem Vertrieb
  • Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, die du mühelos in Wort und Schrift anwendest.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte dienstleistungsorientierte und absolut eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit zu analytischem, strukturiertem und präzisem Denken.
  • Du hast starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie die interkulturelle Kompetenz, die ein internationales Umfeld erfordert.
