Somos una empresa de software para Contact Centers (CCaaS) que ayuda a sus clientes a mejorar sus resultados y reducir sus costes mediante la automatización de procesos y la simplificación de la gestión de tareas. En los últimos meses no hemos dejado de crecer y aspiramos a convertirnos en uno de los principales referentes del sector.

Qué harás

• Administrar, mantener y actualizar nuestra infraestructura de sistemas Linux, tanto on-premise como cloud, con autonomía desde el primer día

• Definir, diseñar y poner en marcha mejoras en la arquitectura, con foco en escalabilidad y alta disponibilidad

• Desplegar nuevos sistemas y servicios en servidores propios y en cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Gestionar los entornos de virtualización VMware y los contenedores Docker, incluyendo creación de imágenes y pipelines de CI/CD

• Administrar redes y firewalls, y resolver incidencias de sistemas, redes y seguridad

• Ajustar y optimizar el rendimiento de nuestras bases de datos MySQL

• Automatizar tareas mediante scripting en Shell

• Acudir a nuestros data centers en Madrid cuando haga falta y participar en intervenciones planificadas o críticas fuera del horario habitual

• Trabajar mano a mano con el equipo de sistemas y con el CTO

Qué buscamos

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia administrando sistemas Linux en entornos de producción

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en administración de redes

• Experiencia sólida administrando entornos de virtualización VMware

• Experiencia con Docker: administración, creación de imágenes, gestión de contenedores y CI/CD

• Experiencia administrando firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Cyberoam o similares)

• Experiencia con soluciones cloud de Amazon, Google o Microsoft

• Experiencia diseñando arquitecturas escalables y de alta disponibilidad

• Experiencia en administración y performance tuning de MySQL (parámetros, índices, planes de ejecución)

• Programación en Shell

• Perfil hands-on, acostumbrado a resolver los problemas técnicos en primera persona

• Residencia en Madrid o alrededores, por las visitas a data center y la jornada de oficina de los martes

• Disponibilidad puntual fuera del horario habitual para intervenciones planificadas o críticas

• Se valorará: experiencia con Kubernetes (despliegue y mantenimiento de clústeres, networking y seguridad), conocimiento del protocolo SIP, Asterisk o FreeSWITCH, herramientas de análisis de tráfico como Wireshark, programación en PHP, Go o C++ e inglés para reuniones puntuales con el grupo
