1.全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数学类、应用数学、信息与通信工程、数据科学与大数据技术等相关专业。 2.了解系统开发的基本流程和方法，掌握软件工程的基本概念和原则。 3.具备扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，如 Java、C# ；具备数学建模知识。 4.掌握数据库设计和开发技能，能够熟练使用至少一种数据库管理系统，如 MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server 等，进行数据库的设计、开发和优化。 5.具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范，能够编写高质量、易维护的代码。 6.具备较强的问题解决能力和逻辑思维能力，能够独立分析和解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题。 7.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门和团队进行有效沟通和协调，确保项目的顺利推进。 8.具备较快的学习能力，对系统开发领域有学习热情，能够适应新环境和新任务。 9.在校期间参与过系统开发、软件开发或项目管理相关课题 / 项目者优先、有系统开发相关实习经历者优先、具备开源项目贡献经验或有个人技术博客者优先。
