1.参与制订数据管理的整体规划和策略，明确数据管理的目标、原则、标准。 2.根据数据项目进度进行数据建模、编写数据开发代码、BI报表设计开发。 3.参与建立数据质量评估策略，编制数据质量改进方案，同时根据数据质量评估、改进方案实施数据建模优化、数据开发、指标输出工作。 4.负责数据存储、数据安全以及数据资产管理工作，进行数据平台运维工作，定期维护数据资产。 5.跟进技术发展趋势，研究新技术在公司业务中的应用，为公司的技术创新提供建议和支持。

1.全日制本科及以上学历，软件工程、数据科学、计算机科学、数学、统计学等相关专业。 2.具备数据库设计和开发技能，能够熟练使用至少一种数据库管理系统，如 MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server 等，进行数据库的设计、开发和优化。 3.具备扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，如 Java、Python、C++ 等；具备数学建模知识。 4.具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范，能够编写高质量、易维护的代码。 5.具备较强的问题解决能力和逻辑思维能力，能够独立分析和解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题。 6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门和团队进行有效沟通和协调，确保项目的顺利推进。 7.具备较快的学习能力，对数据开发、数据治理领域有学习热情，能适应新环境和新任务。 8.在校期间参与过数据管理、数据开发管理相关课题 / 项目者优先、具备开源项目贡献经验或有个人技术博客者优先。
