The posting

1.负责集团核心业务数据库（Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server 等）的日常运维，包括安装部署、监控巡检、备份恢复、故障处理，保障生产、财务、供应链等系统 7×24 小时稳定运行。 2.开展数据库性能诊断与调优，分析慢 SQL、优化索引与执行计划，持续提升系统响应效率。 3.参与数据库高可用架构建设与容灾方案演练，制定并执行数据备份策略，确保数据资产安全可恢复。 4.配合数据安全与合规管理，落实权限管控、敏感数据脱敏、操作审计等要求，契合集团 DCMM 数据管理体系规范。 5.支持各业务板块新项目的数据库设计评审，输出建库建表、分库分表等规范性建议。 6.编写运维文档与操作手册，参与数据库自动化运维脚本/工具开发（Shell / Python），提升运维效率。 7.跟踪国产数据库（如 OceanBase、达梦、GaussDB 等）及云数据库技术趋势，配合集团信创与架构演进开展评估验证。

（一）基本条件 1.2026 届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、大数据等相关专业。 2.具备良好的逻辑思维与责任心，认同制造业实业文化，愿意在张家港长期发展。 （二）专业能力 1.掌握数据库基本原理（事务、索引、锁机制、备份恢复），熟悉至少一种主流数据库（MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL）。 2.能熟练编写 SQL，具备基本的 SQL 优化意识。 3.掌握 Linux 基础操作，了解 Shell 或 Python 脚本编写者优先。 4.了解数据库高可用方案（主从复制、集群、读写分离）者优先。 5.有数据库相关竞赛、开源项目、实习运维经历，或持有 OCP / 软考等证书者优先。
