1. 负责企业级 Agent / LLM 应用的技术设计、路线把关、工具调用、工作流编排、评测体系和工程化落地。 2. 面向业务分析、知识问答、报告生成、规则解析、研发提效、决策支持等场景，建设可复用的 Agent 应用能力。 3. 将业务流程拆解为工具链、任务链、知识接入链路和可评估流程，沉淀通用组件与工程规范。

1. 熟悉 LLM 应用开发、Agent 框架、工具调用、RAG / 知识接入和工作流编排。 2. 具备 Agent 工程化落地能力，能把业务分析、资料解析、报告生成、工具调用串成稳定流程。 3. 理解评测、调试、权限、安全、可观测性和工具链沉淀的重要性。 4. 熟悉私有化部署 / 客户内网环境下的 LLM 应用落地（模型选型、本地化部署、数据不出域等约束）
