The posting

1.负责土建专业工程全周期成本管控，同步参与安装专业成本审核；包含概算、预算、进度款审核、变更签证、材料核价、索赔、竣工结算审核工作，把控造价准确性。 2.参与项目招标、清单编制、控制价编制 / 复核，负责土建清单及组价，协助安装清单、控制价的核对，参与招标文件、合同商务条款评审，识别造价风险。 3.现场踏勘，核对土建、安装工程实物量，审核工程变更、现场签证，测算变更造价，评估变更方案经济性，提出成本优化建议。 4.负责工程进度款支付审核，核实施工完成工程量，严控超付风险；负责竣工结算核对、谈判，完成结算定案。 5.收集土建及安装材料、设备市场价格信息，建立价格台账；开展动态成本跟踪，对比目标成本，对成本偏差进行分析预警。 6.整理造价资料、合同、结算档案，编制成本分析报告；配合内审、外部审计，提供造价相关资料。 7.参与图纸会审，从造价角度提出图纸优化建议，提前规避后期签证、结算争议。

（一）基本条件 1.大专及以上学历，工程造价、工程管理、土木工程等相关专业。 2.5年及以上工程成本 / 造价工作经验，精通土建造价，熟悉给排水、电气等安装专业造价；有工业厂房 / 房建项目成本管理经验优先。 3.持有一级造价工程师（土建方向）优先，或二级造价工程师；熟练使用广联达土建、安装算量及计价软件。 4.熟悉清单计价规范、当地定额、工程招投标、合同、结算管理流程。 （二）专业能力 1.精通土建工程量计算、组价，能独立完成土建预算、结算审核；看得懂安装图纸，可复核安装工程量与计价，能和安装造价对接。 2.熟悉工程变更、签证、索赔管理，具备现场核量能力，有结算谈判经验。 3.熟悉建材、安装设备市场行情，具备成本测算、动态成本分析能力。 4.能看懂土建施工图，具备基础安装图纸识读能力。 （三）综合素质 1.严谨细致，原则性强，对数据敏感，责任心强，具备较强风险意识。 2.良好沟通协调能力，可与施工、监理、设计、内部各部门对接，有争议谈判能力。 3.能承受项目阶段性工作压力，可配合项目需要进行现场踏勘。
