1.一级造价工程师（安装专业），从事5年以上安装造价经验；独立完成超亿元的工业建筑安装工程（如电气高低压、工艺管道、设备安装等）的算量计价经验。 2.精通广联达安装算量软件、CAD识图；较强的Excel数据处理能力，熟练使用办公软件。 3.熟悉《通用安装工程工程量计算规范》及地方安装定额；能看懂电气系统图、管线图、工艺流程图等专业图纸；了解工业安装（特别是冶金行业）的施工工艺和计价特点。 4.工作细致严谨、原则性强；能深入现场实地测量核算；具备良好的沟通协调能力，适应钢厂环境。
