1.负责采购/销售合同的签订与履约管理 ：合同条款审核、信用证开立与审单 、溢短装及质量条款执行跟踪 、合同变更与展期管理； 2.负责付款与结算管理： 按合同节点办理开证 、承兑、付款申请，组织到货结算 、质量异议处理与索赔追偿，确保结算准确及时 、票款一致； 3.负责保供履行： 跟踪船期动态与到港节点 ，协调码头 、船代、车队等物流资源 ，异常情况下（台风、封港、亏吨） 启动应急保供 ，保障生产用料不断档； 4.负责履约风险管控： 监控供应商履约信用 、亏吨率、 CIQ 质检结果 、滞期 / 速遣费，及时预警并推动处 置； 5.负责合规管理： 落实海关合规管理 、AEO 认证要求、发票管理与资金预算执行 ，确保单证齐全 、流程可追 溯； 6.履行提效： 优化合同签订 、付款审批、结算对账等流程节点时效 ，推动履行单据线上化 、审批提速、异常自动预警； 7.完成领导交办的其他工作 。

1.3年毕业大学生； 2.英语 CET-6 及以上，能独立处理英文合同条款、信用证审单及外商函电往来 ； 3.严谨细致、原则性强，对合同条款 、数字、单证差错有高度敏感性； 4.熟悉 Excel，具备单据数据核对与台账管理能力； 5.具备AI工具应用意识 ，能借助 AI 辅助合同条款比对、单证审核、台账自动化等场景提 效； 6.抗压能力强 ，能应对船期变动 、台风保供、结算争议等突发场景的高频响应 ； 7.具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力 ，能对接制造、物流、财务、法务、海关等多方； 8.有外贸单证 、信用证操作或大宗商品贸易实习经验者优先； 9. 中共党员、学生干部经历者优先。
