The posting

1.负责改善项目组合管理，制定立项准入、分级分类、过程跟踪、结项验收与复盘规则。 2.负责实现各级改善项目指标以及分解指标可视化。 3.负责建立改善项目台账与红黄绿机制，负责收益测算模型、净收益统计及与财务口径的对齐。 4.负责协调跨板块、跨职能资源，处理项目重大偏差与问题升级，及时向委员会报告。 5.负责组织月度KPI回顾与年度改善评审，形成问题清单、责任清单和闭环清单。 6.定期和不定期检查各级子公司标准化作业和工具方法实施情况。

1. 基本条件 （1）学历：本科及以上学历，工业工程、工商管理、财务管理、冶金工程或机械制造等相关专业。 （2）经验：8年以上项目群管理、PMO或经营管理经验，其中3年以上项目管理机制搭建与运行经验。 （3）经历：主导过立项评审、结项验收或经营评审类机制的实际落地运转（要求为“组织主导”，而非“参与配合”）。 （4）资质：PMP或同等项目管理认证优先；精益六西格玛绿带及以上者优先。 2. 专业知识与技能 （1）精通项目组合管理（PPM）、立项准入与分级分类方法，能够将零散项目经验沉淀为可复制的管理机制。 （2）精通收益测算模型搭建与ROI／净收益核算，能主导完成与财务口径的对齐及验收工作。 （3）熟悉VSM、PSP、根因分析等改善工具，能够准确判断课题的技术可行性与收益合理性。 （4）数据能力突出：能主导定义指标口径、搭建看板逻辑，熟练操作BI工具。 （5）熟悉跨部门协作的A/R/C/I角色划分，具备良好的跨部门协作能力。 3. 优先条件 （1）有丹纳赫DBS、博世BPS、宝武／宝钢精益运营改善体系或麦肯锡以及大型集团PMO工作背景经验。 （2）有多元板块（钢铁、贸易物流、建筑、金融投资等）项目组合管理经验。 （3）有改善项目收益核算与财务对齐的实操经验。
