1. 全面负责董事长商务行程统筹与安排，包含两地通勤、出差规划、会务对接、行程落地跟进等全流程工作，保障董事长日常及商务工作高效有序推进。 2. 协助董事长处理商务对接、客户洽谈、政企对接等相关商务工作，整理商务资料、跟进商务项目进度，做好商务沟通衔接与闭环反馈。 3. 负责董事长各类文书、商务文件、汇报材料的起草、整理、审核及归档工作，结合法律专业素养，协助把控文件合规性、规避基础法律风险。 4. 统筹安排董事长各类会议，做好会议通知、会场布置、会议记录、纪要整理及会后事项督办跟进工作。 5. 负责董事长日常事务、私人事务及公务事务的统筹协调，对接公司各部门、合作单位及政企相关机构，维护良好的商务及工作关系。 6. 配合高频出差工作，全程负责出差期间的行程、食宿、会务、商务接待等全流程保障，高效完成外出商务辅助工作。 7. 完成董事长交办的其他商务及临时性工作。

1. 专业学历：法律相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备扎实的法律基础知识，能够辅助处理商务文件合规核查、基础法务风险规避等工作。 2. 性别形象：男性，身高175cm左右，身材形象气质佳，举止得体，具备良好的商务仪态与职业素养，适配高端商务接待、对外洽谈场景。 3. 技能资质：持有有效机动车驾驶证，熟练掌握驾驶技能，可独立胜任公务出行、异地出差驾驶工作；熟练使用Office等各类办公软件，具备优秀的文书撰写、资料整理能力。 4. 工作特性：能够接受高频次异地出差，定居上海/连云港两地人员优先，抗压能力强，时间观念强，可灵活配合董事长工作节奏。 5. 综合素质：思维缜密、情商高、沟通协调能力及临场应变能力优秀，做事严谨细致、高效负责，具备极强的保密意识，熟悉商务礼仪，有高端商务接待、高管秘书工作经验者优先。 6. 其他素养：具备良好的商务谈判辅助、人际对接能力，执行力强，能够快速响应各项工作安排，主动推进工作落地。
