  • 协助部门负责人统筹数智效能部整体战略规划与日常运营管理，推动部门年度目标落地；
  • 主导集团流程与风控管理
  • 主导数据资产管理体系建设，制定数据标准、治理规范与数据资产化路径，推动数据价值释放；
  • 推进数字化平台与系统建设（数据中台、AI应用、智能分析等），主导核心系统从规划到落地的全流程管理；
  • 负责AI赋能业务的场景落地，持续拓展智能化应用边界；
  • 协调内外部资源，推动跨部门数字化协作与变革，打通业务与技术的协同壁垒；
  • 负责团队管理，培养数字化复合型人才梯队，建立专业能力强、敢打硬仗的团队文化。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、信息管理、人工智能等相关专业； 2.5年以上数字化/数据治理/流程风控管理/信息建设管理经验，具备中大型企业或互联网公司背景优先； 3.熟悉数据治理体系（数据标准、数据质量、元数据管理、数据安全）；具备AI/大数据/智能系统从0到1建设或规模化落地经验； 4.具备较强的项目管理、跨部门协调与变革推动能力，有带团队经验优先； 5.有制造业、能源或大型集团型企业数字化转型经验者优选。
