1、负责集团公司财税相关制度体系、流程及数字化建设的优化建议，提升财务管理水平与工作效率； 2、协同集团及各子公司的财务数据进行统计、分析与整合，提供全面的财务信息支持； 3、按照会计准则及集团核算管理办法开展会计核算工作，确保账务核算的准确性与一致性； 4、参与集团财务及各单位财务的季度、半年度、年度及专项审计工作，提供专业的财务支持与合规保障； 5、按时出具内部管理报表，完成财务数据分析，及时反映企业财务状况，有效支持管理层决策； 6、熟练使用金蝶、SAP等财务软件系统，协助推进财务信息化建设，提升财务运营效率； 7、 针对制造行业特点，深入理解业务流程，结合财务分析为业务部门提供专业建议与支持。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、经济等相关专业； 2、 具备3年及以上大型公司从业经验，熟悉制造行业财务运作模式； 3、持有中级会计职称及中级经济师证书，具备扎实的财务理论基础与实务操作能力； 4、熟悉总账会计工作流程，具备较强的财务分析能力和账务核算能力； 5、熟练掌握金蝶、SAP等财务系统，具备一定的财务数字化建设经验； 6、具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神； 7、工作细致严谨，责任心强，能够适应高强度工作节奏并承担一定压力。
