1.负责工程项目投资估算审核负责投资概算、估算审核，预算工程量清单审核或复审(招标控制价)；动态跟踪项目实际成本与概算（预算）偏差，及时预警并提出纠偏措施。 2.负责参与评标、投标报价成本分析等成本管理。 3.负责工业项目造价过程跟踪，变更、签证、材料核价、进度款、索赔审核或复审。 4.负责工程项目竣工结算的审核或复审；配合上级部门开展工程审计（内审、外审），编制成本分析报告，建立成本数据库。 5.负责健全优化工程估算、概算定额，造价资料的收集、整理、归档，建立企业内部造价指标库。 6.负责基建资产的价值评估，配合财务完成项目交工后的资产转固。

1.取得一级造价工程师注册证书，从事5-8年以上工程造价工作经验，作为项目负责人完成过3个以上超亿元的工业建筑的造价全过程咨询项目。 2.熟悉建设工程工程量清单计价规范、江苏省建设工程费用定额、冶金行业计价规范，了解钢材市场行情，具备极强的数据处理能力。 3.精通广联达算量计价、CAD识图；熟练使用办公软件。 4.熟悉工业建筑，如钢结构厂房、设备基础、设备和管道安装。 5.逻辑清晰、原则性强、具有一定的领导管理、组织、规划的综合能力。
