1. 学历与经验：计算机科学、统计学、应用数学、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历，或优秀本科毕业生具备2-4年相关领域全职算法工作经验。 2. 算法与理论基础：扎实的机器学习、深度学习理论基础，熟悉常见的模型（如LR, GBDT, CNN, RNN/LSTM, Transformer等）及其适用场景。 3. 编程与工具能力： - 精通 Python，具备良好的工程编码习惯。 - 熟练使用至少一种主流深度学习框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow）。 - 熟练使用 Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn 等数据处理和建模工具。 4. 工程落地经验：有完整的模型从0到1上线部署的经验，了解 Docker、Kubernetes、Git 等开发运维工具，熟悉至少一种云服务平台（如AWS, GCP, Azure, 阿里云等）。 5. 数据处理能力：熟练掌握SQL，具备处理大规模、非结构化数据的能力和经验。
