Ми шукаємо Бізнес-аналітика/аналітикиню (напрямок People) в MilTech-команду, яка створює рішення, про які ти вже неодноразово читав/ла у новинах.

Це роль для тих, хто хоче, щоб його/її робота мала прямий вплив на результат, будувати процеси, запускати ініціативи та розвивати People напрямок у компанії, яка швидко масштабується.

Що робить ідеальний кандидат:

  • Аналіз, документування та оптимізація поточних бізнес-процесів для виявлення неефективності та вузьких місць.
  • Визначає довгострокові цілі функції та розробка стратегії для їх досягнення шляхом оптимізації бізнес-процесів.
  • Забезпечує ефективну комунікацію між усіма зацікавленими сторонами (командами, керівництвом, розробниками, підрядником).
  • Бере участь у впровадженні нових, оптимізованих бізнес-процесів та відповідних технологій. Виконує тестування нових модулів.
  • Проводить навчання співробітників роботі з новими процесами та системами.
  • Здійснює моніторинг виконання проєктів. Оцінює ефективність впроваджених змін, аналізує результати, вносить корективи для постійного вдосконалення.
  • Підготовка описів бізнес-процесів, погодження із сейкхолдерами, підготовка ТЗ підряднику, контроль виконання розробки відповідно до БВ, тестування та демонстрація реалізації виконаного функціоналу стейкхолдерам, збір зауважень та передача на доопрацювання підряднику.
  • Взаємодія із суміжними напрямками по узгодженню міжмодульних питань та функціоналу.
  • Робота з експертами підрядника.
  • Ініціація внесення змін в поточні бізнес-процеси (на рівні процесу) для автоматизації та оптимізації роботи.

Що важливо:

  • Знання функціоналу, архітектури та досвід впровадження/кастомізації ERP-системи IT-Enterprise.
  • Знання BPMN - бажано, але необов'язково, Excel - обов'язково.
  • Досвід автоматизації процесів за всіма напрямами HR.
