Зараз ми шукаємо Communications Lead — людину, яка допоможе будувати сильну культуру, об’єднувати команди спільною метою та посилювати внутрішню комунікацію в компанії.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • 5+ років досвіду у внутрішніх комунікаціях, корпоративній культурі, employee engagement або суміжних напрямках;
  • Досвід управління командою;
  • Успішний досвід розробки та реалізації стратегій внутрішніх комунікацій і розвитку культури;
  • Вміння перетворювати корпоративні цінності на реальні практики, ініціативи та комунікаційні формати;
  • Експертиза у створенні системних комунікацій між підрозділами, менеджментом і працівниками;
  • Володіння інструментами дослідження залученості та інтерпретації даних (eNPS, опитування, фокус-групи тощо);
  • Відмінні навички планування, організації та реалізації кросфункціональних проєктів;
  • Креативність у поєднанні зі стратегічним мисленням;
  • Англійська — не нижче Intermediate.

Майбутні обов’язки:

  • Формування та впровадження стратегії внутрішніх комунікацій і розвитку корпоративної культури;
  • Лідерство для команди внутрішніх комунікацій та engagement-напрямку, постановка цілей, розвиток компетенцій;
  • Побудова системи прозорих, відкритих і ефективних каналів внутрішньої комунікації;
  • Підтримка єдиного культурного коду компанії: інтеграція місії, бачення й цінностей у процеси та щоденну комунікацію;
  • Проведення досліджень задоволеності та залученості (eNPS, фідбек-опитування), аналіз результатів і розробка дій для покращення досвіду співробітників;
  • Створення та реалізація контент-плану для внутрішніх платформ (новини, ініціативи, події, історії людей);
  • Організація програм, подій і ініціатив, що зміцнюють зв’язок працівників із компанією;
  • Підтримка менеджменту у розвитку комунікаційних навичок і вміння підтримувати культуру у своїх командах;
  • Співпраця з HR, маркетингом, L&D для синхронізації внутрішніх меседжів із брендом роботодавця.
