Наше завдання — допомагати приватним компаніям оборонної сфери знаходити талановитих людей та наближати нашу перемогу.

Один з наших ключових клієнтів спеціалізується на розробці та виробництві безпілотної техніки і супутнього устаткування.

Компанія налагодила та масштабувала власне виробництво двох типів БпЛА.

Зараз вони шукають у команду Бізнес-аналітика СГІ (ERP/EAM).

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи: Від 2 років на позиції бізнес-аналітика, економіста виробництва або ІТ-менеджера з фокусом на ERP-системи.
  • Освіта: Вища (Економічна кібернетика, Системний аналіз, Фінанси або статистика).
  • Експертність у ERP/EAM: Досвід роботи з виробничими модулями, системами управління активами або складськими програмами (наприклад, IT-Enterprise, SAP або аналогічні).
  • Технічні навички: * Просунутий рівень MS Office (Excel, зведені таблиці, робота з великими масивами даних).
  • Досвід розробки логіки обробки даних та опису ТЗ для розробників.
  • Навички побудови звітності для контролю план/фактних показників.

Основні обов’язки:

  • Автоматизація обліку: Впровадження та налаштування модулів ERP для обліку ремонтів та технічного обслуговування обладнання.
  • Управління ресурсами: * Оцифрування обліку руху ТМЦ та залишків на складах ЗІП.
  • Впровадження системи наряд-завдань для контролю виконання операцій технічними службами.
  • Аналітика та KPI: * Розрахунок собівартості експлуатації об’єктів та аналіз витрат на кожній локації.
  • Моніторинг технічної готовності обладнання та ефективності роботи мобільних бригад (людино-години).
  • Звітність: Консолідація даних з різних підрозділів у єдиний формат для прийняття управлінських рішень.

  • Графік роботи: з 8:00 до 17:00, 5-денний робочий тиждень
