Зараз шукаємо Global PMO до компанії, що розробляє та виробляє техніку й електронні рішення для оборонного сектору.

Це середовище швидких рішень і постійних змін, де важливо ефективно управляти процесами, координувати роботу команд і тримати фокус на результаті.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • побудова, розвиток та управління функцією PMO в компанії.
  • формування та впровадження єдиних стандартів, методологій і процесів управління проєктами.
  • управління портфелем проєктів та контроль їх відповідності стратегічним цілям бізнесу.
  • пріоритизація проєктів, управління ресурсами, бюджетами, термінами та ризиками.
  • контроль виконання ключових ініціатив і забезпечення прозорості щодо статусу проєктів для топменеджменту.
  • побудова системи проєктної звітності, KPI та метрик ефективності.
  • управління командою Project / Program Managers, розвиток компетенцій та побудова системи performance management.
  • координація взаємодії між бізнес-підрозділами, IT, продуктом та іншими функціями.
  • виявлення проблемних зон у реалізації проєктів та впровадження покращень у процеси.
  • управління залежностями між проєктами та критичними кросфункціональними ініціативами.
  • комунікація з C-level та стейкхолдерами щодо пріоритетів, ризиків, ресурсів і результатів.
  • участь у стратегічному плануванні та трансформаційних ініціативах компанії.
  • формування культури ефективного проєктного управління та відповідальності за результат.

Що важливо:

  • 7+ років у Project / Program Management, PMO або Portfolio Management.
  • Досвід роботи у великих виробничих компаніях, міжнародних промислових групах або складних операційних середовищах.
  • Досвід побудови та розвитку PMO на рівні компанії / групи компаній.
  • Досвід управління портфелем проєктів: пріоритизація, ресурси, бюджети, терміни, ризики та залежності.
  • Досвід впровадження єдиних стандартів, методологій, governance та системи проєктної звітності.
  • Досвід координації кросфункціональних та міжнародних команд.
  • Досвід управління командами Project / Program Managers та розвитку їх компетенцій.
  • Сильні навички stakeholder management та комунікації з C-level.
  • Досвід участі у стратегічних і трансформаційних ініціативах.
  • Системність, сильні аналітичні та лідерські навички, орієнтація на результат.
  • Англійська — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced.
