Ми — EVERSTAR, перша рекрутингова агенція в MilTech для тих, хто готовий створювати технологічне майбутнє.

Але досить про нас, розказуємо про роль.

Шукаємо універсального Графічного Дизайнера для miltech компанії , який закриватиме різнопланові задачі окремого бізнес-напрямку “Академія”: від створення презентацій та освітніх матеріалів до розробки військового мерчу.

Ти працюватимеш під кураторством Head of Design, щоб підтримувати єдину високу планку якості та дизайн-мову компанії.

Твої задачі:

  • Маркетинг та комунікації: Створення презентацій, макетів, SMM-постів, брошур та інших візуальних матеріалів (для українського та міжнародного ринку).
  • Освітні матеріали: Візуальне оформлення навчальних матеріалів, посібників та гайдів для Академії.
  • Мерч та поліграфія: Розробка дизайнів для військового мерчу та колаборацій, створення окремої лінійки форми для Академії.
  • Просторовий дизайн та виставки: Брендування навчальних класів (власних та партнерських), розробка брендованого спорядження (стенди, намети) та виставкової продукції.
  • Синхронізація: Тісно співпрацювати з керівником напрямку для виконання бізнес-цілей, а також із Head of Design для контролю якості та збереження консистентності бренду.

Що для нас важливо:

  • Досвід: 3+ роки у Graphic Design (із сильним фокусом на поліграфію, створення презентацій та мерчу).
  • Портфоліо: Наявність кейсів із розробки одягу/мерчу, багатосторінкової поліграфії, презентацій та виставкових матеріалів.
  • Pre-press (Додрукарська підготовка): Впевнене знання процесів підготовки макетів до друку (на тканині, пластику, папері, широкоформатний друк тощо).
  • Візуальна база: Високий рівень композиції, типографіки та роботи з кольором.
  • AI Tools: Вміння використовувати нейромережі (Midjourney, Photoshop AI тощо) для генерації концептів.
  • Mindset: Самостійність, уважність до деталей (особливо при роботі з підрядниками по друку) та проактивність.

Буде величезним плюсом:

  • Сфера: Досвід у defence / miltech.
  • 3D / Візуалізація: Навички роботи з 3D (мокапи, візуалізація виставкових стендів, наметів та класів до їх фізичного виробництва).
  • Ілюстрація: Вміння створювати кастомні ілюстрації (дуже допоможе у розробці мерчу та шевронів).
