Це роль в R&D-команді, де інженери різних напрямів разом створюють і вдосконалюють продукти, що вже довели свою ефективність у сотнях тисяч місій.

Команда розширюється та шукає Hardware Engineer (PCB), який/яка долучиться до розвитку існуючих рішень, тестування нових підходів і побачить, як його/її рішення проходять валідацію та масштабуються до сотень тисяч продуктів.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Розробка електричних схем та багатошарових PCB у Altium Designer
  • Проєктування плат для:контролю моторів (BLDC / драйвери) IMU та сенсорів відеомодулів живлення (DC/DC, power distribution) Кастомних плат під різні потреби
  • Розробка архітектури пристрою з урахуванням серійного виробництва
  • Підбір компонентів з урахуванням квотування та доступності на ринку
  • Оптимізація PCB з урахуванням: EMI/EMC, термоменеджменту, технологічних обмежень виробництва, собівартості
  • Підготовка документації для виробництва:Gerber, Pick&Place, Assembly drawings BOM (з альтернативами) тестові процедури

Ця роль для тебе, якщо ти маєш:

  • 2+ років досвіду розробки PCB (бажано участь у серійних проєктах)
  • Досвід доведення плат до виробництва
  • Впевнене володіння Altium Designer або KiCad
  • Глибоке розуміння:аналогової та цифрової схемотехніки силової електроніки
  • Практичний досвід роботи з:DC/DC перетворювачами мікроконтролерами (STM32, ESP32 або аналогічні) інтерфейсами (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)
  • Розуміння принципів трасування, включаючи high-speed сигнали
  • Досвід bring-up та дебагу плат
  • Досвід роботи з постачальниками компонентів (Mouser, Digi-Key, LCSC, локальні дистриб’ютори)
  • Розуміння ринку електронних компонентів:дефіцити EOL / NRND компоненти підбір аналогів
  • Вміння формувати BOM з урахуванням ризиків постачання
  • Розуміння технологічних обмежень SMT монтажу

Буде перевагою

  • Досвід збирання та налаштування БПЛА
  • Знання алгоритмів керування BLDC (FOC)
  • Досвід роботи з відеоінтерфейсами (MIPI CSI, I-PEX, microcoaxial cables)
  • Досвід проходження сертифікацій (CE, FCC)
  • Досвід комунікації з контрактними виробництвами PCB
