Ми — агентство Everstar. Наше завдання — допомагати приватним компаніям оборонної сфери знаходити талановитих людей та наближати перемогу України. Наш клієнт — високотехнологічне виробництво, що створює рішення для оборонної сфери. Компанія постійно зростає, розвивається, формує структури управління та професійну HR-функцію.

Зараз ми в пошуку HRBP, що коригуватиме та підтримуватиме HR політики і процеси, розвиватиме кадрові сервіси та культуру взаємодії.

Основні завдання:

  • Побудова HR-процесів/політик: від онбордингу та розвитку до консультацій, кадрової роботи й офбордингу;
  • Консалтинг для менеджменту: партнерство з топами, підтримка у прийнятті управлінських рішень, формування структури команд;
  • HR-сервіс: забезпечення правильності документообігу, наказів, посадових інструкцій, кадрових процедур;
  • Кадрове діловодство: володіння процесами або розуміння як побудувати роботу;
  • Взаємодія з C&B та Legal: тісна співпраця для узгодження політик, грейдацій, компенсаційних систем;
  • Аудит і автоматизація: аналіз існуючих процесів, впровадження систем і рішень для оптимізації HR-функції;
  • Performance & OKR: участь у впровадженні систем оцінки результативності, підтримка менеджерів у роботі з цілями.

Необхідний досвід:

  • 4+ роки досвіду в HRBP;
  • Досвід побудови HR-процесів і політик у компаніях 1000+ осіб;
  • Досвід взаємодії з топ-менеджментом і впливу на бізнес-рішення;
  • Знання кадрового діловодства та C&B;
  • Розуміння грейдацій, performance management, OKR;
  • Досвід автоматизації HR або побудови HR Ops/HR Service буде великим плюсом;
  • Комунікабельного професіонала, хто комфортно працює з топами та вміє впливати через експертизу.
