Зараз шукаємо Аналітика до компанії, що розробляє та виробляє техніку й електронні рішення для оборонного сектору.

Це середовище швидких рішень і постійних змін, де важливо ефективно управляти процесами, координувати роботу команд і тримати фокус на результаті.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Бюджетування та фінансовий облік: зведення, план-факт аналіз та контролінг бюджету адміністративного департаменту;
  • Аналітика оренди та нерухомості: облік договорів оренди, розрахунок та контроль орендних платежів, комунальних послуг, індексацій та супутніх витрат по всіх об'єктах;
  • Робота з даними: створення, оптиматизація та автоматизація складних таблиць, зведених звітів та кастомних форм для аналізу витрат;
  • Операційна аналітика: моніторинг адмін-витрат (закупівлі, обслуговування офісів, логістика, зв'язок) та пошук точок оптимізації/економії;
  • Візуалізація: підготовка зрозумілих дашбордів та аналітичних записок для керівництва.

Що важливо:

  • Досвід у фінансах чи аналітиці: від 2–3 років на позиціях фінансового аналітика, аналітика даних, економіста чи контролера (досвід у сфері адміністративного управління або комерційної нерухомості буде перевагою);
  • Бюджетування та контролінг: глибоке розуміння процесів формування бюджетів, проведення план-факт аналізу та пошуку причин відхилень;
  • Експертний рівень володіння Excel / Google Таблицями: вміння створювати складні архітектури таблиць, працювати зі зведеними таблицями (Pivot Tables), складними формулами (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF nested) та масивами даних;
  • Підготовка даних для BI: розуміння принципів структурування «сирих» даних (data cleansing), формування правильних баз даних та зв'язків між ними для подальшого вивантаження в Power BI / Tableau;
  • Робота з договорами оренди: досвід розрахунку орендних ставок, індексацій, OPEX/CAPEX, калькуляції та перевірки рахунків за комунальні послуги.
  • Аналітичне мислення: вміння не просто зводити цифри, а знаходити у великих масивах даних аномалії, тренди та точки оптимізації витрат.
