Ми шукаємо Менеджера по роботі з ключовими клієнтами в MilTech-команду, яка створює рішення, про які ти вже неодноразово читав/ла у новинах.

Це роль для тих, хто хоче, щоб його/її робота мала прямий вплив на результат, будувати процеси, запускати ініціативи та розвивати напрямок у компанії, яка швидко масштабується.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Висока увага до деталей та орієнтація на результат команди.
  • Аналітичність і швидкість у роботі з даними.
  • Висока залученість в роботу і дисципліна.
  • Водійське посвідчення категорії В.

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід керування та роботи із БпЛА
  • Досвід участі у волонтерських ініціативах (благодійні фонди, збори).
  • Досвід роботи з державними установами.

Твої обов'язки:

  • Глибоке розуміння продукту: знання структури, технічних характеристик та ключових переваг продукту для ефективної підтримки клієнтів і команди продажів.
  • Участь у підготовці відповідей на запити, уточнення інформації, допомога в оперативному вирішенні питань у межах свого напрямку.
  • Допомога в процесах приймання та передачі продукції клієнтам, участь в узгодженні операційних деталей.
  • Участь у клієнтських зустрічах, виїздах на об'єкти, презентаціях або доставці продукції та документів.
  • Виконання доручень, пов’язаних з обігом документів, логістичними задачами або іншими поточними завданнями.
  • Підтримка комунікації між КАМ і суміжними відділами задля оперативного обслуговування клієнтів.
