Наш клієнт — українська компанія, що спеціалізується на розробці та виробництві безпілотних авіаційних комплексів і супутнього обладнання. Компанія успішно налагодила та масштабувала власне виробництво кількох типів БпЛА та продовжує активно розвиватися.

У зв’язку з розширенням команди відкриваємо вакансію Координатор документообігу / Спеціаліст з обліку закупівель/ Фахівець з документобігу

Основні обов’язки:

Робота в системі 1С / ERP:

  • Створення та ведення карток контрагентів.
  • Формування заявок на витрату грошових коштів.
  • Контроль стану взаєморозрахунків із контрагентами.
  • Робота з ERP-системами та підтримка актуальності даних.

Документообіг та супровід закупівель:

  • Ведення реєстру договорів та контрактів.
  • Облік і систематизація договірної документації.
  • Контроль наявності та зберігання оригіналів документів.
  • Обробка вхідної документації щодо надходження товарів.
  • Контроль повноти пакету документів у процесі закупівель (договір, замовлення, надходження товару, оплата, оприбуткування, звірка з контрагентами).
  • Взаємодія з бухгалтерією та підтримка процесів бухгалтерського обліку.
  • Контроль коректності та своєчасності документообігу.

Наші очікування від кандидата:

  • Досвід роботи з ERP-системами та/або 1С.
  • Розуміння первинної бухгалтерської документації та практичний досвід роботи з нею.
  • Знання принципів організації діловодства та документообігу.
  • Високий рівень самоорганізації та відповідальності.
  • Уважність до деталей і орієнтація на якісний результат.
  • Здатність ефективно працювати в режимі багатозадачності.
  • Ініціативність, проактивність та бажання вдосконалювати процеси.
