Один з наших ключових клієнтів спеціалізується на розробці та виробництві безпілотної техніки і супутнього устаткування.

Компанія налагодила та масштабувала власне виробництво двох типів БпЛА.

Зараз вони шукають у команду Адміністратора головного інженера

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи: Від 2 років на позиції адміністратора, персонального асистента або офіс-менеджера (бажано в технічних, будівельних або виробничих компаніях).
  • Технічні навички: Просунутий користувач ПК, експертне володіння MS Excel, Word. Навички роботи в ERP системах будуть перевагою.
  • Особисті якості: Висока організованість, педантичність у роботі з документами, багатозадачність та розвинені комунікативні навички.

Основні обов'язки:

  • Підтримка керівника: Виконання функцій особистого помічника та секретаря головного інженера (планування робочого дня, організація зустрічей, робота з кореспонденцією).
  • Облік та контроль: Ведення обліку поставлених завдань для технічної команди та суворий контроль термінів їх виконання.
  • Робота з даними: Професійне ведення та налаштування Excel-таблиць (робота зі зведеними таблицями, фільтрами, формулами) для систематизації технічної та адміністративної інформації.
  • Звітність: Регулярне оновлення, консолідація та підготовка звітів для вищого керівництва щодо статусу виконання робіт та використання ресурсів.
  • Адміністрування процесів: Організація внутрішнього документообігу, підготовка наказів, протоколювання технічних нарад та координація комунікації між суміжними відділами.
