Один з наших ключових клієнтів спеціалізується на розробці та вирФахівець з обліку та аудиту технічних активівобництві безпілотної техніки і супутнього устаткування.

Компанія налагодила та масштабувала власне виробництво двох типів БпЛА.

Зараз вони шукають у команду Фахівець з обліку та аудиту технічних активів

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Знання законодавства та нормативних документів з організації та оплати праці
  • Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей, здатність працювати з великими обсягами інформації
  • Володіння ПК на рівні впевненого користувача (MS Excel, 1С, ERP-системи)

Основні обов’язки:

  • Створення та ведення електронних паспортів обладнання та електроінструменту з повною історією переміщень та ремонтів.
  • Внесення та актуалізація даних у системі IT-Enterprise, забезпечення коректної прив’язки специфікацій до одиниць обладнання.
  • Впровадження та підтримка системи маркування (штрих-кодування/QR) для всього парку інструменту та обладнання.
  • Ведення реєстру запасних частин, інструментів та приладдя; адресне зберігання вузлів для ЧПУ, електроніки та пневматики.
  • Суворий облік видачі ТМЦ технічним групам та контроль їхнього цільового використання.
  • Моніторинг незнижуваних залишків та формування замовлень на поповнення критично важливих позицій.
  • Проведення планових та позапланових інвентаризацій для контролю фактичних залишків на складі та на локаціях.
  • Контроль відповідності фактичного обладнання технічній документації та паспортам.
  • Ведення журналів експлуатації, специфікацій та контроль гарантійних термінів спільно з інженерами якості.
