Наша місія — допомагати приватним компаніям оборонної сфери знаходити найкращих спеціалістів і разом наближати перемогу України.

Наш клієнт — українська компанія, що спеціалізується на розробці та виробництві безпілотної техніки й супутнього обладнання. Компанія успішно налагодила та масштабувала власне виробництво кількох типів БпЛА та продовжує активно розширювати команду.

Наразі ми шукаємо кошторисника, який допоможе забезпечувати точний розрахунок вартості будівельних та інженерних робіт.

Основні обов’язки

  • розробка локальних та об'єктних кошторисів;
  • складання відомостей ресурсів та розрахунок договірної ціни;
  • підготовка, перевірка та супровід актів виконаних робіт (КБ-2в) і довідок про вартість виконаних робіт (КБ-3);
  • аналіз проєктно-кошторисної документації, креслень, схем та специфікацій;
  • робота зі спеціалізованими програмами для кошторисного розрахунку;
  • підготовка тендерної документації та комерційних пропозицій;
  • моніторинг ринкових цін на будівельні матеріали, обладнання та послуги;
  • взаємодія з бухгалтерією щодо актів звірки, списання матеріалів та іншої супровідної документації.

Наші очікування

  • досвід роботи кошторисником;
  • впевнене знання чиних будівельних норм, ДСТУ та профільного законодавства;
  • обов’язкове володіння програмою АВК-5 (додатковою перевагою буде досвід роботи зі Смета-Плюс, CREDO або іншими програмами для складання кошторисів);
  • вміння читати проєктну та технічну документацію;
  • досвід підготовки кошторисної документації та актів виконаних робіт;
  • знання основ бухгалтерського обліку в частині будівельних проєктів;
  • досвід підготовки тендерної документації;
  • впевнене володіння Microsoft Excel;
  • знання AutoCAD або BIM-технологій буде перевагою;
  • уважність до деталей, відповідальність та аналітичне мислення.
