Ця вакансія у R&D-команду, що розробляє та виробляє техніку й електронні рішення, які працюють на реальному полі бою, а не в красивих презентаціях для інвесторів.

Компанія швидко масштабується, вибудовує процеси та підсилює команди.

У зв’язку з розширенням R&D-відділу ми шукаємо Пілота-оператора БПЛА. Спеціаліст на цій позиції займатиметься підготовкою, обльотами БПЛА коптерного типу, перевіркою роботи навігаційних систем, а також збором і аналізом результатів випробувань.

Робота передбачає тісну взаємодію з командами розробки та QA для виявлення й аналізу дефектів, а також підтвердження працездатності виробів у польових умовах. Це R&D-напрям, тому фідбек пілота безпосередньо впливає на ітерації розробки та вдосконалення продукту.

Що важливо:

  • Практичний досвід керування FPV-дронами.
  • Навички налаштування дронів: польотний контролер, відеосистема, радіолінк, оновлення прошивок.
  • Досвід роботи з Betaflight; знання ArduPilot / Mission Planner буде суттєвою перевагою.
  • Базові навички пайки.
  • Водійське посвідчення категорії B.

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід тестування hardware-продуктів.
  • Навички збору та аналізу діагностичних даних (Blackbox, OSD, телеметрія, логи, конфігурації, версії прошивок).
  • Досвід оформлення bug report (кроки відтворення, очікуваний та фактичний результат, докази, пріоритет).
  • Досвід в авіамоделюванні або авіаційній сфері.
  • Досвід роботи з системами керування тестуванням (TestRail, Zephyr або аналогами).
  • Досвід роботи у сфері mil-tech.
  • Ветерани та колишні військовослужбовці з практичним досвідом роботи з FPV або військовими безпілотними системами — матимуть пріоритет під час розгляду кандидатур.

  • Підготовка БПЛА до випробувань відповідно до затверджених інструкцій (перевірка, базове налаштування).
  • Виконання польотів на полігоні за тестовими програмами.
  • Виявлення та фіксація несправностей під час польоту й наземної експлуатації (поведінка виробу, збої, механічні або електричні проблеми).
  • Взаємодія з QA-інженерами під час проведення випробувань.
  • Підготовка коротких звітів після кожного тесту: опис умов, виконаних дій, результатів, відео та логів.
