Закупівлі у MilTech: старт кар'єри — навчальна програма від Центру вдосконалення закупівель KSE та Everstar для тих, хто хоче опанувати закупівлі та розпочати свій професійний шлях в MilTech.

Разом з експертами KSE ти вивчиш все про ключові закупівельні процеси — від роботи з постачальниками й договорами до переговорів та використання ШІ в щоденній роботі.

Після навчання матимеш можливість приєднатися до MilTech-компанії на оплачуване стажування з офіційним працевлаштуванням із першого дня та реальними закупівельними задачами.

Формат навчання: Гібридний (онлайн + наживо у Києві) Формат стажування: Офіс, Київ

Навчання — безкоштовне, а стажування — оплачуване.

Цей курс для тебе, якщо ти:

1. Починаєш у закупівлях. Маєш мало практичного досвіду або тільки плануєш розвиватися в цій професії.

2. Вже маєш перший досвід у закупівлях. Працюєш у сфері до року та хочеш поглибити базові знання й упевненіше працювати з процесами.

3. Хочеш застосовувати свою англійську на практиці. Зможеш комунікувати з підрядниками, вести листування та працювати з англомовною документацією.

4. Готовий/-а перейти від навчання до практики. Хочеш застосовувати свій досвід і нові знання під час стажування та роботи в MilTech-команді.

Твій шлях на програмі:

1. Подай заявку. Розкажи про себе, свій досвід і мотивацію розвиватися в закупівлях.

2. Пройди тестування. Виконай короткий тест на логіку — це перший етап відбору на програму. За результатами тестування запросимо тебе на наступний етап.

3. Інтерв’ю з нашим рекрутером. Поговоримо про твій досвід, мотивацію та очікування від програми, а також відповімо на твої запитання.

3. Навчайся на програмі від KSE та Everstar. За 6 днів пройдеш інтенсив із закупівель: вебінари, офлайн-воркшопи, практичні кейси та самостійна робота.

4. Приєднуйся до своєї команди. Переходь до практики та продовжуй навчання вже на реальних закупівельних задачах під час стажування в MilTech-компанії

Ти навчишся:

1. Будувати закупівельний процес Розберешся в етапах закупівлі, ролях учасників та зонах відповідальності.

2. Працювати зі стейкхолдерами Навчишся уточнювати потреби внутрішніх замовників і перетворювати їх на зрозуміле завдання на закупівлю.

3. Аналізувати ринок і категорії Зможеш досліджувати ринок, порівнювати альтернативи та використовувати дані для закупівельних рішень.

4. Перевіряти постачальників Навчишся верифікувати контрагентів, бачити комплаєнс-ризики та аргументувати вибір.

5. Працювати з договорами Розбереш основи контрактингу, INCOTERMS, управління договорами та юридичними ризиками.

6. Вести переговори Навчишся готувати позицію, будувати аргументацію, працювати із запереченнями та фіксувати домовленості.

7. Використовувати ШІ в закупівлях Спробуєш застосовувати LLM для практичних задач і створиш власного ШІ-агента.
