Зараз шукаємо Operations Manager до компанії, що розробляє та виробляє техніку й електронні рішення для оборонного сектору.

Це середовище швидких рішень і постійних змін, де важливо ефективно управляти процесами, координувати роботу команд і тримати фокус на результаті.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Забезпечення команди: збір та консолідація потреб матеріальних засобах (інструменти, електроніка, розхідники, тощо). Створення відповідних задач в Jira та заявок в ERP системі. Контроль виконання і надання статусів замовникам.
  • Адміністративна підтримка: ведення документообігу, організація виконання логістичних та інших задач.
  • Облік та звітність: Фіксація надходжень у системах обліку (1С, Jira) та підтримання актуальної бази даних ресурсів.
  • Оперативна підтримка: контроль виконання існуючих процесів, їх аналіз та вдосконалення. Впровадження та опис нових SOP, актуалізація старих. BPA для забезпечення безперебійності в щоденній діяльності.
  • Внутрішня комунікація: координація потреб команди з суміжниками та іншими підрозділами.
  • Зовнішня комунікація: ведення комунікації з потенційними постачальниками обладнання та компонентів.

Що важливо:

  • Досвід роботи операційним менеджером, бажано у технологічній компанії.
  • Досвід успішного впровадження, оптимізації, масштабування процесів.
  • Досвід роботи з ERP-системами (ITE, 1C, SAP); Jira, Confluence або аналогічними інструментами.
  • Навички комунікації та вміння ефективно взаємодіяти з командою та стейкхолдерами.
  • Організованість, системність, критичне мислення.
  • Розуміння ланцюгів постачання та досвід координації доставки від замовлення до отримання на складі.
  • Здатність швидко приймати рішення та діяти в умовах стислих термінів.
  • Готовність до виконання різнопланових адміністративних завдань та швидка адаптація до змін у пріоритетах.
