Компанія, що створює технології для оборони України, знаходиться на етапі активного масштабування. А це означає нові ролі, нові зони відповідальності та можливість швидкого кар’єрного зростання.

Саме тому вони зараз у пошуку Проєктного менеджера, який/яка долучиться до розвитку Business Process напрямку та братиме участь у побудові процесів і зростатиме разом із компанією.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Управління проєктами: планування та структурування задач і ресурсів, управління бюджетом, термінами, якістю, ризиками, забезпечення комунікації, підготовка документації та звітів про хід проєкту, результати трансформації, забезпечення виконання та завершення проєктів відповідно до затвердженої методології.
  • Планування, виконання та контроль: формування планів робіт, розуміння залежностей між задачами різних проєктів, контроль строків, ресурсів і бюджету, актуалізація статусів.
  • Координація команд: організація роботи функціональних підрозділів компанії в рамках задач проєкту.
  • Комунікація зі стейкхолдерами: взаємодія з бізнес-підрозділами, ІТ-командою та зовнішніми підрядниками.
  • Управління ризиками та змінами: виявлення ризиків, підготовка планів реагування, контроль змін у межах проєкту.
  • Вимірювання реалізації: формування KPIs проєкту, вимірювання та валідація досягнутих результатів відповідно до визначених KPI після завершення етапів, підготовка регулярних статус-звітів, презентацій і аналітики по проєкту.
  • Управління змінами: впровадження нових процесів, ІТ-систем або структурних змін відповідно до методик управління змінами.

Що важливо:

  • Досвід управління масштабними проєктами 5+ років.
  • Досвід управління змінами (трансформаційними проєктами).
  • Розуміння бізнес-процесів та принципів роботи IT-систем.
  • Високі навички лідерства, комунікації та управління змінами, навички планування, фасилітації зустрічей та управління комунікаціями.
  • Знання методологій проектного менеджменту (Agile, Waterfall), підходів РМВООК.
  • Базове розуміння аналітики та роботи з даними (Power BI — буде перевагою).
  • Особисті якості: системність, відповідальність, проактивність, сильні комунікаційні навички, вміння працювати з невизначеністю.
