Ми — агентство Everstar. Наше завдання — допомагати приватним компаніям оборонної сфери знаходити талановитих людей та наближати перемогу України. Наш клієнт — високотехнологічне виробництво, що створює рішення для оборонної сфери.

Зараз ми в пошуку Power BI Engineer, що забезпечить розробку, підтримку та розвиток аналітичних рішень і дашбордів, трансформуючи дані у зрозумілу та цінну бізнес-аналітику для прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень.

Основні обов'язки:

  • Комунікація зі стейкхолдерами: Уточнення вимог, декомпозиція етапів виконання, валідація цільової логіки реалізації у відповідності до бізнес-потреби
  • Аналіз систем спільно з BA/SA: Уточнення дата-флоу, що відповідає цільовій бізнес задачі в існуючих облікових системах, для якісного формування потреби та форми цільового представлення даних на рівні вітрин DWH
  • Дата-моделювання: Створення логічних моделей даних для зручної та швидкої аналітики, та формування задачі на розробку цільових вітрин команді DWH
  • EDA: Проведення первинного аналізу даних що отримуються з різноманітних систем з метою перевірки їх цілісності, повноти та можливості використання як системних джерел для звітності
  • Розробка візуалізацій: Створення інтерактивних дашбордів Power BI відповідно до стандартів компанії, що відображають ключові KPІ є інтуїтивно зрозумілими та відповідають поточним запитам бізнесу
  • Фіксація прогресу роботи: Системна та щоденна робота в JIRA / Confluence з фіксацією результатів роботи включно з підготовкою користувацької та технічної документації для розроблених звітів
  • Підтримка/контроль якості даних та звітності: Моніторинг цілісності даних, виявлення та усунення помилок у звітності та контроль оновлення
  • Ad-hoc аналітика: Обробка разових аналітичних запитів для відповіді на критичні питання бізнесу

Ідеальний кандидат має:

  • Power BI: 3+ років практичного досвіду розробки
  • Досвід розробки та адміністрування PBI RS - буде перевагою
  • ERP: 3+ років практичного досвіду побудови управлінської та фінансової звітності на основі даних ERP
  • SQL: Знання SQL (SSMS) на середньому рівні (CTE, window functions, joins)
  • Relational databases and ETL/ELT: Розуміння принципів роботи реляційних баз та моделей + Розуміння базових принципів роботи оркестраторів
  • JIRA/Confluence: 1+ рік досвіду роботи в середовищі із розумінням базових принципів scrum/kanban

Додаткові вимоги (буде перевагою):

  • Досвід роботи з хмарними сховищами (GCP / AWS / Azure Fabric) та нереляційними структурами в якості джерел
  • Адміністрування Power BI (RLS, користувацькі групи, моніторинг
  • використання та оптимізація перфомансу)
  • Data Engineering
  • Досвід роботи в доменах що передбачають офлайн діяльність
