Ми шукаємо Project Coordinator'а в MilTech-команду, яка створює рішення, про які ти вже неодноразово читав у новинах.

Це роль для тих, хто хоче, щоб його робота мала прямий вплив на результат, будувати процеси, запускати ініціативи та розвивати International sales напрямок у компанії, яка швидко масштабується.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Планування проєктів та їх реалізації: розробка таймлайнів, координація етапів проєктів та контроль дотримання дедлайнів;
  • Документація та звітність: ведення повного циклу документації (контракти, інвойси, акти, статуси проєктів, протоколи зустрічей);
  • Координація проєктів: робота з ERP та іншими системами для управління задачами та проєктами;
  • Комунікація: взаємодія з внутрішніми командами (юридичною, технічною, виробничою) та іноземними партнерами щодо статусу проєктів, постачань і документації;
  • Координація ресурсів: забезпечення всіх необхідних ресурсів для реалізації міжнародних контрактів;
  • Управління ризиками: виявлення потенційних проблем, моніторинг ризиків та їх ескалація;
  • Підтримка процесів ціноутворення: участь у формуванні комерційних пропозицій, ведення баз даних витрат і цін;
  • Адміністративна підтримка: допомога керівнику напрямку в організації роботи та супроводі міжнародних проєктів.

Що важливо:

  • Англійська мова — рівень B2 або вище (усна та письмова);
  • Досвід роботи від 3 років у міжнародних проєктах, міжнародному співробітництві або продажах (бажано у технічних / high-tech галузях);
  • Практичний досвід роботи з міжнародними контрактами та супровідною документацією;
  • Розуміння експортних процесів, логістики та міжнародних постачань;
  • Досвід координації проєктів або роботи з кількома стейкхолдерами одночасно;
  • Досвід роботи з ERP / CRM / системами управління проєктами — буде перевагою;
  • Досвід у miltech або суміжних галузях — буде плюсом;
