Компанія, що створює технології для оборони України, знаходиться на етапі активного масштабування. А це означає нові ролі, нові зони відповідальності та можливість швидкого кар’єрного зростання.

Саме тому вони зараз у пошуку Project Coordinator, який/яка долучиться до розвитку R&D напрямку, братиме участь у побудові процесів і зростатиме разом із компанією. Метою ролі буде забезпечувати швидке впровадження нових рішень R&D до кінцевих користувачів, синхронізуючи роботу R&D,BDM, виробництва та військових.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Контроль результатів випробувань - фіксація офіційного фідбеку від військових та контроль його опрацювання.
  • Драйв фіналізації документації та готовності продукту до серійного виробництва.
  • Забезпечення єдиного інформаційного поля між BDM, RnD та виробництвом.
  • Управління змінами - швидке заведення та контроль виконання змін, отриманих від військових.
  • Організація взаємодії між RnD та сторонніми виробниками обладнання.
  • Підтримка у проведенні бета-тестування.
  • Моніторинг критичних залежностей та комплектуючих для запуску виробництва.
  • Забезпечення швидкого переходу розробок RnD до кінцевих користувачів, що сприяє масштабуванню продуктів та отриманню нових контрактів.

Що важливо:

  • Розуміння специфіки розробки та застосування БПЛА.
  • Досвід взаємодії з військовими підрозділами або кінцевими користувачами військової продукції.
  • Сильні навички координації та кросфункціональної комунікації.
  • Послідовність і системність у побудові та дотриманні бізнес-процесів.
  • Високий рівень відповідальності та здатність драйвити виконання задач без прямого адміністративного підпорядкування.
  • Розуміння життєвого циклу продукту: від RnD до серійного виробництва (буде плюсом).
