Ця вакансія у R&D-команду, що розробляє та виробляє техніку й електронні рішення, які працюють на реальному полі бою, а не в красивих презентаціях для інвесторів.

Компанія швидко масштабується, вибудовує процеси та підсилює команди.

У зв’язку з розширенням R&D-відділу ми шукаємо Prototyping Engineer, чиї рішення будуть імплементовані в сотні тисяч продуктів, змінять хід історії та забезпечать технологічну перевагу України на десятиліття вперед.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

1. 3D-моделювання та конструювання:

  • Проектування корпусів, кріплень та оптичних стендів у CAD (SolidWorks / Fusion 360).
  • Створення складальних креслень (підгонка допусків, посадок, різьбових з'єднань).
  • Формування та ведення специфікацій матеріалів.

2. 3D-друк та постобробка:

  • Підготовка моделей до друку
  • Робота з FDM та SLA/DLP принтерами (налаштування ретрактів, підбір висоти шару, підкладка підтримки).
  • Калібрування та дрібний ремонт 3D-принтерів.
  • Постобробка деталей (шліфування, грунтування, фарбування в матовий чорний для оптимізації відбитків світла, хімічна обробка).

3. Збірка та прототипування:

  • Ручна збірка прототипів із використанням слюсарного та вимірювального інструменту
  • Монтаж електроніки у корпуси (пайка роз'ємів, укладання кабель-менеджменту, монтаж світлодіодних плат/камер).
  • Створення інструкцій зі збірки (SOP) для передачі прототипу у серійне чи дрібносерійне виробництво.

Що важливо:

  • Вища технічна (інженерія, механіка, приладобудування, робототехніка).
  • Досвід твердотільного та поверхневого моделювання в SolidWorks або Fusion 360 від 2 років (робота зі збірками >20 деталей, допуски, креслення).
  • Практичний досвід підбору пластиків (PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, Resin) під механічні та оптичні задачі.
  • Навички пайки, робота з мультиметром, розуміння основ електротехніки.
  • Інтегрування електроніки в корпуси (пайка, розводка дротів, відладка).
  • Вміння складати BOM-листи, файли для різки/друку (STL, STEP, DXF).

Буде вагомою перевагою:

  • Досвід створення стендів/корпусів для камер, оптичних модулів, лабораторного світла.
  • Розуміння оптичних вимог до корпусів (мінімізація бліків, чорніння, світлоізоляція).
  • Досвід роботи з листовим металом, ЧПУ-фрезеруванням чи лазерною різкою).
