Один з наших клієнтів займається виробництвом техніки та радіоелектронних пристроїв, що покращує ефективність ведення бойових дій.

Компанія постійно зростає, розвивається та вдосконалює робочі процеси.

Зараз розширюється відділ сертифікації, тож ми шукаємо інженера з якості (СМЯ).

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи в інженерії якості (Process Quality Engineering) та управлінні якістю постачальників (SQM).
  • Стандарти якості: Глибоке розуміння та практичний досвід роботи з ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, EN 9100.
  • Інструменти забезпечення якості: Впевнене володіння методологіями PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans, PPAP та FAI.
  • Аудит та комплаєнс: Досвід підготовки та супроводу внутрішніх/зовнішніх аудитів, проведення Gap-аналізу.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Впровадження стандартів: Забезпечення функціонування процесів відповідно до ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, EN 9100 у закріплених підрозділах. Контроль за дотриманням встановлених процедур, політик, інструкцій, тощо;
  • Підготовка до аудитів: Організація підрозділів до проходження внутрішніх та зовнішніх аудитів
  • Аналіз прогалин (Gap Analysis): Періодичний моніторинг процесів на відповідність новим вимогам замовника або оновленням стандартів.
  • Валідація процесів: Розробка протоколів та оцінка результатів валідації спеціальних процесів (пайка, зварювання, склейка, лакування і тд..);
  • Розробка планів управління (Control Plans): Співпраця з QC (ВТК) в рамках визначення контрольних точок в процесах QC. Розробка карт контролю, маршрутних карт перевірок.
  • Управління ризиками (FMEA): Проведення сесій PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis);
  • Впровадження SPC: Налаштування статистичного управління процесами. Аналіз трендів.
  • Оцінка постачальників: Проведення оцінки постачальників. Формування переліку схвалених постачальників;
  • Ухвалення процесів постачальника: Розгляд та погодження планів якості (Quality Plans) від підрядників.
  • PPAP / FAI Review: Перевірка пакету документів на перший виріб (First Article Inspection Report).
  • Навчання персоналу: Розробка навчальних матеріалів та проведення тренінгів по СМЯ, FMEA, культурі FOD, людському фактору (Human Factors — критично для EN 9100).
  • FOD-менеджмент: Розробка та нагляд за системою запобігання потраплянню сторонніх предметів. Аудит зон на дотримання чистоти та порядку (5S).
  • Оцінка компетенції персоналу: Своєчасна організація і проведення оцінки компетенції персоналу
  • Quality Review: Підготовка аналітичних звітів для керівництва (Management Review inputs): аналіз тенденцій, статус цілей з якості, стан ризиків.
  • Моніторинг задоволеності: Аналіз рекламацій та зворотного зв'язку від замовника/експлуатантів.
