Ми шукаємо Sales Administrator в MilTech-команду, яка створює рішення, про які ти вже неодноразово читав/ла у новинах.

Це роль для тих, хто хоче, щоб його/її робота мала прямий вплив на результат, будувати процеси, запускати ініціативи та розвивати комерційний напрямок у компанії, яка швидко масштабується.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Підготовка та оформлення документів: вихідні листи, договори, рахунки, акти прийому-передачі, комерційні пропозиції, технічна документація та інше.
  • Організація документообігу: отримання оригіналів документів, розподілення по відділах та по папках, контроль підписання, організація процесу відправлення документів контрагентам та контролю за отриманням документів від контрагента, реєстрація вихідних листів та договорів.
  • Опрацювання вхідних запитів/листів на електронну адресу компанії та перенаправлення у відповідний відділ.
  • Перевірка оформлення вхідних первинних документів на наявність обов’язкових реквізитів та коректності заповнення. Комунікація з контрагентами для отримання документів, заповнених згідно умов Договору та діючого законодавства.
  • Ведення таблиць, реєстрів, текстових документів та сканування всіх оформлених документів.
  • Взаємодія з іншими відділами Компанії для отримання необхідної інформації та вирішення нестандартних ситуацій.
  • Керування дедлайнами та вчасна підготовка всіх необхідних документів та матеріалів.
  • Робота з CRM-базою даних та 1С: оформлення замовлень, формування рахунків, проведення реалізацій та інше.
  • Подальший розвиток співпраці з постійними клієнтами.
  • Формування звітності по роботі за запитом.

Що важливо:

  • Впевнений користувач ПК, програмного забезпечення MS Office, 1С та офісної техніки (друк, сканування).
  • Вміння працювати в умовах обмеженого часу та великого обсягу інформації.
  • Знання документообігу, базове поняття про угоди.
  • Вміння ефективно організовувати свій робочий час, пріоритезувати завдання.
  • Наявність досвіду роботи з тендерною документацією буде перевагою.
  • Аналітичний склад розуму, націленість на результат, скрупульозність та пунктуальність.
  • Грамотна українська мова (усна та письмова), знання ділового етикету.
  • Бажання навчатися новому та розвиватися.
