Ми шукаємо Python Software Engineer, який підсилить RnD команду одного з наших партнерів. Основний фокус ролі — розробка backend-рішень на Python для систем тестування та репортингу. Спеціаліст працюватиме з тестовими стендами, dev boards та іншим тестовим обладнанням, створюючи рішення для тестування різних продуктів компанії.

Які задачі чекають на вас:

  • Проєктування та розробка backend-сервісів внутрішньої інженерної інфраструктури (Django/DRF, FastAPI): зберігання артефактів прошивок, результати тестів, API для CI/CD – разом з проєктуванням схеми БД
  • Розробка кросплатформних десктопних застосунків на PySide6/PyQt6: телеметрія в реальному часі, керування обладнанням, побудова графіків, генерація звітів
  • Написання та підтримка Python-сервісів для автоматизованого тестування з інтеграцією обладнання через USB/UART/I²C/SCPI
  • Автоматизація інженерних процесів: обробка логів і вимірювальних даних, службові CLI-утиліти, генерація звітів, робота з Git-репозиторіями
  • Інтеграція перевірок і тестів у CI/CD пайплайни (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions), пакування в Docker, розгортання та підтримка сервісів (On-premises / AWS / GCP)
  • Підтримка стандартів якості коду: Code Review, unit/інтеграційні тести (pytest), типізація, технічна документація
  • Взаємодія з firmware-, hardware- та QA-інженерами при зборі вимог і впровадженні рішень

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • 5+ роки комерційного досвіду розробки на Python (3.12+): ООП і патерни проєктування, типізація, multiprocessing/threading/asyncio, розуміння неблокуючого I/O
  • Django + DRF: моделі, міграції, ORM, REST API, автентифікація
  • FastAPI: асинхронні API, Pydantic-моделі, WebSocket, фонові задачі
  • PySide6 або PyQt6: сигнали/слоти, робота з UI поза головним потоком, Qt Designer, QML
  • SQL (PostgreSQL): проєктування схеми, індекси, транзакції, оптимізація запитів, ефективна робота з ORM без N+1
  • Практичний досвід роботи з AWS або GCP, налаштування CI/CD у GitHub Actions або Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Docker і docker-compose
  • Linux: командний рядок, systemd, bash-скриптинг, робота через SSH
  • Git: гілкування, rebase, вирішення конфліктів, pull request workflow
  • pytest: написання тестів, фікстури, моки
  • Англійська на рівні читання технічної документації

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід автоматизації тестування апаратного забезпечення, Robot Framework або аналогічні фреймворки
  • Робота з послідовними інтерфейсами: pyserial, pyusb, Modbus, CAN
  • Базове розуміння вбудованих систем: STM32, прошивки, JTAG/SWD, OpenOCD/J-Link; Raspberry Pi, Jetson, embedded Linux
  • C/C++
  • Обробка й візуалізація вимірювальних даних (numpy, pandas)
  • Досвід роботи з AI-агентами для розробки (Claude Code, Cursor тощо): написання специфікацій і контекстних файлів, ревʼю згенерованого коду, інтеграція агентів у робочий процес
  • Redis / RabbitMQ, Celery для черг задач і фонових процесів
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), Prometheus / Grafana / Loki
  • Досвід менторингу або технічного лідерства в невеликій команді
