Зараз ми у пошуках SMM Growth Manager для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • 2+ роки досвіду в SMM / influencer marketing із самостійним веденням проєктів та запуском рекламних кампаній.
  • Досвід запуску та ведення influencer-кампаній (з вимірюваними результатами).
  • Практичний досвід роботи з Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok або інші платформи).
  • Розуміння ключових рекламних метрик (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) і вміння їх покращувати.
  • Вміння формувати чіткі брифи та керувати процесом продакшну контенту.
  • Досвід роботи з різними форматами контенту (reels, short-form video, UGC, колаборації).
  • Вміння працювати з AI-інструментами для ресерчу, генерації та оптимізації контенту.
  • Відчуття tone of voice та розуміння, як адаптувати його під різні платформи.
  • Відкритість до нового.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Самостійно розробляти та реалізовувати SMM-стратегію для кількох брендів (від гіпотез до масштабування працюючих рішень).
  • Планувати та запускати influencer-кампанії: підбір креаторів, переговори, брифінг, контроль результатів.
  • Відповідати за контент-плани та їхню ефективність у соцмережах (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn тощо).
  • Генерувати та тестувати креативні гіпотези для росту (контент+реклама: охоплення, залучення, конверсії).
  • Запускати та оптимізувати рекламні кампанії в соцмережах (Meta, TikTok Ads тощо).
  • Аналізувати ефективність контенту та реклами (охоплення, ER, CTR, CPC, конверсії) і приймати рішення на основі даних.
  • Працювати разом з креативною командою (дизайн, копірайт, відео) та координувати їх для досягнення результату.
