Це роль в R&D-команді, де інженери різних напрямів разом створюють і вдосконалюють продукти, що вже довели свою ефективність у сотнях тисяч місій.

Команда розширюється та шукає Tech Lead (Tablet), який долучиться до розвитку існуючих рішень, тестування нових підходів і побачить, як його рішення проходять валідацію та масштабуються до сотень тисяч продуктів.

Які задачі чекають на тебе:

  • Виведення в Mass Production (NPI / DFM): Адаптація поточного дизайну (плат, механіки, корпусів) для серійного виробництва (Design for Manufacturing). Оптимізація собівартості (BOM cost) та мінімізація часу на збірку.
  • Системна інтеграція: Забезпечення безшовної взаємодії між апаратними компонентами (джойстики/кнопки ➔ кастомна плата/MCU ➔ USB Hub) та програмним забезпеченням (кастомний додаток на планшеті).
  • Технічний менеджмент: Координація роботи інженерів-конструкторів (корпус, ергономіка, кріплення планшета), Hardware-інженерів (схемотехніка плати) та Embedded-розробників (прошивка контролерів пульта).
  • Контроль якості (QA/Testing): Розробка методології тестування пультів на виробництві (створення тестових стендів/jigs для перевірки кнопок, стиків, USB-з'єднань).
  • Continuous Improvement (Розвиток продукту): Збір фідбеку від операторів, аналіз відмов (troubleshooting) та ітеративне покращення продукту: перехід на кращі компоненти (наприклад, джойстики на датчиках Холла), вдосконалення ергономіки корпусу, покращення захисту від вологи/пилу.

Ця роль для тебе, якщо ти маєш:

  • Досвід роботи від 3 років на позиції Tech Lead, Hardware Product Manager або Lead Systems Engineer у проєктах зі створення споживчої електроніки, контролерів або пристроїв IoT.
  • Успішний практичний досвід виведення hardware-продуктів від стадії прототипу до масового виробництва (NPI).
  • Розуміння принципів роботи Embedded-систем та інтерфейсів периферії: USB (зокрема HID-пристрої, USB OTG), UART, I2C, SPI.
  • Досвід роботи з механікою та конструкторами: вміння читати CAD-моделі, розуміння технологій виробництва корпусів (3D-друк, лиття пластику під тиском, фрезерування).
  • Розуміння базових принципів взаємодії зовнішнього "заліза" з мобільними операційними системами (Android/Linux).
  • Навички управління крос-функціональними командами та роботи з підрядниками/постачальниками компонентів. Буде перевагою:
  • Знання принципів ергономіки та промислового дизайну (Industrial Design).
  • Досвід налаштування Android AOSP (кастомізація ОС) або роботи з MDM / Kiosk Mode (щоб планшет працював виключно як екран пульта без доступу до сторонніх додатків).
  • Розуміння технологій герметизації (IP-рейтинги) та віброзахисту електроніки.
