Ми шукаємо Спеціаліста з навчання та розвитку в MilTech-команду, яка створює рішення, про які ти вже неодноразово читав/ла у новинах.

Це роль для тих, хто хоче, щоб його/її робота мала прямий вплив на результат, будувати процеси, запускати ініціативи та розвивати Learning and Development напрямок у компанії, яка швидко масштабується.

1. Координація навчання та комунікація:

  • Відповідати на запитання учасників, допомагати їм з доступом до навчальних платформ та матеріалів.
  • Підтримувати онлайн-вебінари та офлайн-заходи (за необхідності).
  • Допомагати вести внутрішній календар навчання.
  • Допомога в Підтримці та розвитку існуючих бібліотек (online/offline)

2. Адміністрування та аналітика:

  • Контролювати «паперову» сторону навчання (ІТЕ): підписання договорів з провайдерами та вчасна оплата рахунків. Збирати акти.
  • Ведення бази внутрішніх курсів та сертифікатів. Підвантаження сертифікатів в систему.
  • Готувати відомості щодо курсів англійської мови (за запитом).
  • Створювати форми-опитування для збору фідбеку.

3. Контент та пошук рішень:

  • Створювати презентації для тренінгів або внутрішніх звітів за необхідності.
  • Допомагати у пошуку курсів для розвитку співробітників.
  • Допомагати у пошуку тренерів та коучів.
  • Допомога в підготовці комунікацій до навчальних курсів.
